iStow and TKDN

Domestic Component Level (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri-TKDN) takes center stage in the field of industry in Indonesia. The government continues to encourage the increased use of domestic products (P3DN) and enlarging TKDN to achieve self-reliance in the domestic industrial sector. During the Coordination Meeting for Monitoring the Implementation of Presidential Instruction (Inpres) Number 2 of 2022 concerning the Acceleration of Increasing the Use of Domestic Products (Percepatan Peningkatan Penggunaan Produk Dalam Negeri-PDN) and Products of MSMEs-Cooperatives, held at ICE BSD, Tangerang, Banten, President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Ir. Joko Widodo, emphasized the need to align the increased target for using domestic products with efforts to improve the ecosystem to meet domestic needs. The government has stipulated that domestically produced products mandatory for procurement of goods and services must have a TKDN value of at least 25%. The TKDN value is evidenced by the TKDN certificate, which is legal proof of the TKDN value of a product.

iStow, which is the first and only loading computer software product in Indonesia, has successfully obtained a TKDN certificate with a TKDN value of 75.82%. This proves that iStow is ready for use in procurement of goods and services to support the increase in the use of domestic products (P3DN). With the successful TKDN certification of iStow, we hope that iStow can play a crucial role in the procurement process of goods and services, especially in the maritime sector in Indonesia. iStow aims to make a significant impact on the import substitution program.
